TERMS OF SERVICE

All prices are in USD via PayPal invoice.

Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission.Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work however I wish.

Please be patient, commission wait time is 2 weeks- 2 months, depending on my workload/ health

No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions during the sketch phase. However if I cannot finish the commission - a full refund will be given to the Client.

I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the art.

I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so if you take longer than 24 hours to approve the sketch, please understand that my completion time will also take longer

Any mistakes or errors on my part will be fixed, for free. Aditional details not included in the original submission will be charged for those changes.

These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 2x the price regarding royalties/buying the rights

Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.

As an artist, my art is constantly changing/evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind

Fill out and submit order form.

Commission Process

Please fill out the Commission form, give up to 24-48 hours for a response to your email to confirm your spot in the queue

Once I reach your spot in the queue, I will email you again to confirm commission form and go over details

I will then send you an invoice, once it has been paid I will start on your commission.

Sketches will be sent for approval and any corrections will be done here, you'll have up to 3 revisions. I will not make any free revisions once the commissioner has approved the final sketches.

Final artwork/ files will be emailed
